摘 要:目的 建立同时测定夏枯草口服液中咖啡酸和迷迭香酸的高效液相色谱(HPLC)法。方法 检测条件:采用C18柱(4.6 mm×25 mm,5μm),甲醇-0.1%甲酸梯度洗脱,流速1.0 ml/min,检测波长为330 nm,柱温为30℃。结果 咖啡酸在0.056-0.728μg范围内线性良好(r=1.0),迷迭香酸在1.65-21.45μg范围内线性良好(r=1.0),咖啡酸平均回收率为101.2%,RSD=1.33%(n=6);迷迭香酸平均回收率为98.8%,RSD=1.31%(n=6)。结论 HPLC方法可用于同时测定夏枯草口服液中有效成分咖啡酸和迷迭香酸。Objective To establish the HPLC method for simuhaneous determination of the caffeic acid and rosmarinic acid in "Xiakucao Oral Solution". Methods Detecting condition: C18 column (4.6 mm × 250 mm, 5 μm) and the gradient of MeOH-0.1% acetic acid solution was taken as the mobile phase at a flow rate of 1.0 ml/min, the detection wavelength was 330 nm and column temperature at 30 ~C. Results The linear ranges of caffeic acid and rosmarinic acid were 0. 056 -0. 728μg (r = 1.0) and 1.65 ~ 21.45μg (r = 1.0) respectively. The average recovery rate of caffeic acid and rosmarinic acid were 101.2% and 98.8% respectively ( RSDs were 1.33% and 1.31% respectively, n = 6). Conclusion The experimental results showed that the method could be used to determine the effective components including caffeic acid and rosmarinic acid in "Xiakucao Oral Solution".
