摘 要:2012年10月对辽河河口10个站点的浮游动物进行了调查,分析了该海域浮游动物的种类组成、生物量、优势种类、群落结构及浮游动物与环境因子的关系。调查海域共发现浮游动物17种(不含浮游幼虫)。优势种包括小拟哲水蚤(Paracalanus parvus)、长尾住囊虫(Oikopleura longicauda)、异体住囊虫(Oikopleura dioica)、中华哲水蚤(Calanus sinicus)。浮游动物丰度平均值为3.06×104ind./m3,生物量为147.6 mg/m3。调查海域浮游动物可分为广温广盐群落和广温低盐群落。辽河输入的冲淡水和无机氮是影响浮游动物群落分布的主要因素,这种影响局限于辽河口附近。Zooplankton ecological survey was carried out in the Liaohe Estuary in October 2012. Aims were to examine the species composition, abundance and biomass, dominant species, community structure of zooplankton in this area. The correlations between abundance, biomass and environmental factors were analyzed. A total of 17 taxa of the zooplankton were identified (excluding planktonic larvae). The dominant species included Paracalanus parvus, Oikopleura longicauda, Oikopleura dioica, Clalnus sinicus. The average abundance of the zooplankton was 3.06×10^4 ind./m^3 and the biomass was 147.6 mg/m^3. Zooplankton could be divided into the wide temperature euryhaline community and the wide temperature low-salt community. The dilute water and nutrients carried by Liaohe River were main factors affecting the zooplankton community distribution. The impact of Liaohe River was limited near the estuary of the river in the dry season.
