摘　　要：随着军队物资采购的深化改革,军队物资区域联合采购作为一种新型集中采购模式,已进入实施阶段。基于平衡计分卡提出了军队物资区域联合采购绩效评价指标体系,并尝试应用DEA交叉评价与模糊综合评判相结合的方法,从财务、用户、内部管理及学习与成长等4个角度对我国军队物资区域联合采购绩效进行评价,从而为科学评价军队物资区域联合采购绩效提供指导。With the deepening reform of the military procurement of materials, region-al joint procurement of military material hasentered the implementation phase as a new mode of centralized purchasing. This paper used BSC to propose performance evaluation index system of the regional joint procurement of military material and try to evaluate the performance of chinese regionaljoint procurement of military material from four perspectivcs financial, customers, internal management, and learning anti growth through applying DEA cross-evaluation and FCA method. It can provide guidance for evaluating the performance of the regional joint procurement of military material scientifically.
