摘　　要：机器人自动喷涂底涂胶PVC能够有效地保证车身涂胶的一致性,提高车身品质,同时减少操作人员。阐述了在新车型试生产时底涂胶机器人喷涂仿形示教的方法和过程注意事项。The robot automatic spraying the bottom glue PVC can effectively ensure the body gluing consistency, improve body quality, and reduce operator. The profile modeling teaching method and process notes of bottom glue spraying robot during the new models in the trial production were expounded.
