摘　　要：论述了我国城市房屋征收补偿的整个过程中涉及到行政管理、政府职能、《物权法》、《行政法》等众多领域,如何真正落实好这项工作,需要认清相关立法和实践活动中存在的问题。指出提倡政府部门加大对被征收者的提供合理的保护和补偿,出台适合本地征收实际状况的政策,对房屋征收补偿中涉及的各方主体之间的关系做好协调工作,妥善解决矛盾,从而使得城市房屋征收补偿活动能顺利进行,最终促进城市建设的发展。Many issues on the administration, government functions, real right law and administrative law are in- volved in urban house expropriation and compensation. To manage urban demolition properly, the associated issues in legislation and practical activities need to be clarified and analyzed. It suggests that the government should pro- vide more reasonable protection and compensation for relocates, introduce effective local policies, coordinate the re- lationship between the main parties and resolve their conflicts properly, so that the expropriation and compensation can be smoothly carried on in order to finally improve the urban construction.
