摘　　要：研究了摘花序、打顶对2年生桔梗的生长性状及根部有效成分的影响,结果表明:摘花序、打顶后的植株生长健壮、干物质积累多、根部产量高、有效成分积累量大,明显优于2种处理方法的单独使用。The effects of plucking inflorescence and topping on the growth traits and root effective components of 2-year-old Platycodon grandiflorum in Shangluo were studied .The results indicated that： after both plucking inflorescence and topping , the plants grew vigorously , and accumulated much dry matter;the yield of root was high , and it contained much effective components . The combination of plucking inflorescence and topping had significantly better effects on Platycodon grandiflorum than the alone use of these two methods .
