摘 要:采用苗期喷雾法,评价了丽江新团黑谷、CO39和IRBL系列等3套近等基因系水稻品种对云南省腾冲县和罗平县两个病圃稻瘟病菌的抗性水平及利用价值。结果表明:C101A51(Pi-2(t))、IRBL-22(Pi-9(t))和IRBL-23(Pi-12(t))等3个品系的抗性最强,抗病频率分别为:94.22%、93.50%、90.61%。对2个抗瘟基因的联合抗病性分析表明,Pi-2+Pi-9基因、Pi-2+Pi-12基因搭配的联合抗病性系数达0.88和0.86,在抗病育种中适于聚合应用。The resistances of three sets of rice near -isogenic lines ( NILs) with Lijiangxintuanheigu , CO39 and IRBL back-grounds to Magnaporthe oryzae from Tengchong and Luoping rice blast nurseries , and their utilization potential were evaluated by spray inoculation at seedling stage .The results showed that the NILs C101A51 (Pi-2(t)), IRBL-22 (Pi-9(t)) and IRBL-23 (Pi-12(t)) were the most resistant with the resistant frequencies of 94.22%, 93.50%and 90.61%respectively.The analy-sis of associative resistance of two blast -resistant genes indicated that the gene combinations Pi-2+Pi-9 and Pi-2+Pi-12 had the associative resistance coefficients of 0.88 and 0.86 respectively, implying that these gene combinations may be used for rice blast resistance breeding .
