摘　　要：阐述了龙岩市烟田土地流转的基本现状、主要流转方式以及工作成效,着重分析了烟田土地流转的困难和不足,提出了推动烟田土地流转、促进现代烟草农业发展的对策与建议。This paper illustrates the basic present situation , main transfer modes and work performance of land transfer of to-bacco fields in Longyan city , emphatically analyzes the difficulties and insufficiencies in land transfer of tobacco fields , and puts for-ward some countermeasures and suggestions for promoting land transfer of tobacco fields and accelerating the development of modern tobacco agriculture .
