苹果不同部位对桃蛀螟产卵行为的影响研究

摘　　要：桃蛀螟是苹果树重要害虫,果实被害后失去食用价值。采用四臂嗅觉仪研究成熟果、青果、花及各自正己烷提取液对桃蛀螟产卵行为的影响。结果表明:桃蛀螟产卵行为因苹果不同部位而有显著的差异性,24 h后桃蛀螟在青果上的产卵量显著高于其他部位及其正己烷提取液的产卵量。Conogethes punctiferalis （Guenee） is a major pest attacking apple,it can lead to the fruit no valuble.The test studied the ovipositional response of Conogethes punctiferalis （Guenee） on apple fruits ,flowers and fruiflet by four-arm olfactometer.The results showed that the insect had obvious oviposition in different part of apple.In 24 h, the number of eggs was the most on the fruitlet.
