摘 要:以3个不同月季品种‘黄和平’、‘莱茵黄金’和‘恩钿’的茎段为外植体进行组织培养,研究不同品种月季组培增殖和生根情况。结果表明:3个品种月季适合的增殖培养基均为MS+6-BA 1.0 mg/L+NAA 0.1 mg/L,增殖系数分别能达到4.75、4.24和6.25;‘黄和平’和‘莱茵黄金’适合的生根培养基为1/2MS+NAA 0.1 mg/L+300 mg/L活性炭,生根率分别达90.8%、88.9%,‘恩钿’适合的生根培养基为1/2MS+NAA0.2 mg/L+300 mg/L活性炭,生根率能达91%。Using 3 different rose cuhivars 'Yellow Peace', 'Pfalzer gold' and 'En tian' stems as explants for tissue culture,the tissue culture of different varieties of rose was made to study the proliferation and rooting rate. The results showed that:the suitable medium of 3 rose varieties for proliferation was MS+6-BA 1.0 mg/L+NAA0.1 mg/L,the proliferation coefficient could reach 4.75,4.24 and 6.25,respectively;the suitable rooting medium of 'yellow peace' and 'Pfalzer gold' was 1/2MS+NAA 0:l mg/L+300 mg/L activated carbon,the rooting rate was 90.8%, 88.9%, respectively.the suitable rooting medium of 'Entian' was 1/2MS+NAA 0.2 mg/L+300 mg/L activated carbon,the rooting rate could reach 91%.
