摘  要:随着独立学院生存压力的日趋加剧,独立学院之间的竞争也愈发激烈。年轻、高素质的教师队伍成为独立学院的核心竞争力,教师的科研能力成为提升学校可持续发展能力的重中之重。然而,现阶段独立学院青年教师的科研水平、创新能力着实令人担忧。以独立学院为研究对象,以青年教师科研能力的提升为切入点,通过对青年教师科研能力现状的分析,从四个层面提出了提高独立学院青年教师科研能力的有效方法。With the increasing pressure to survive in independent colleges, the competition becomes more intense among independent colleges. Young and high--quality teachers become the core competition of independent colleges. Research capacity becomes the most important skill in sustainable development of independent colleges. However, the level of scientific research and innovation ability of the independent college young teachers is not satisfactory. Promoting scientific research ability of young teachers as the breakthrough,this paper analyzes the current situation of scientific research ability of young teachers and presents four effective methods to improve the scientific research ability of young teachers in independent colleges.
