摘　　要：介绍了双动厚板拉伸液压机研制的必要性,阐述了设计关键技术,包括主机设计、新结构的压边滑块结构设计以及电气设计等,指出该压机的设计成功将有力支撑我国轨道交通事业的发展。The necessity of research and development of double action drawing hydraulic press has been introduced in the text. On the basis of analyzing the defects of traditional double action press process, a new double action drawing process has been put forward. Then the key design technical characteristics of double action drawing hydraulic press for thick plate like main frame, new structure of blank hold slider and electrical system have been discussed. Finally, it is pointed out that the success of this kind of hydraulic press can support the development of national rail transportation industry.
