摘  要:自动锻压机在冷镦零件前,需要将线材笔直地送进机器内部进行镦锻。然而目前大部分线材的直线度并不能满足零件镦锻精度的要求,需要在线材送进机器前进行校直。本文介绍一种可满足多种不同规格线材送进功能的校直机构。The wire steel with strick straightness has been required to fed into the automatic forging machine during cold forging process. However,at present most of the straightness of wire can't meet the requirements of upsetting precision. So straightener has been needed before transfer of wire into the forging machine. The straightener has been composed of two groups of straightening wheel.It can straighten the sheet from vertical and longitude direction to ensure the upsetting precision.The wire with different size can be fed into the forging machine by use of one straightener with aids of this kind of straightening mechanism. So the distance between two rows of straightening wheel has to be adjusted inorganically with digital display function,which provides convenience for operation by user.
