摘　　要：通过在工作台上加装旋转编码器,检测工作台的实时位置,利用数据采样及比较功能实现工作台的自动减速、到位停止,实现两个移动工作台的防碰撞功能。利用先进的现场总线将编码器与其他联网设备连接,数据采样更加迅捷,给出了移动工作台自动运行的一个优化设计方案。为机械压力机的自动换模奠定了坚实基础。By means of the rotary eneoder install on the moving platform to detect the moving platform＇s real time location, via data sampling Comparison funetion to achieve the moving platform＇s automatic deceleration and in place to stop, and bring about anti-collision function of lwo moving platform. The advanced fieldbus technology connect the rotary encoder to other networking device, to make data sampling more fast, provide a optimizing design scheme for aulomatic operation of moving platform. The technology lay a firm foundation for automalic changeover system of mechanical press.
