摘　　要：介绍了一种压力机滑块装模高度自动调节的方法。使用多圈绝对值编码器作为检测滑块装模高度的器件,通过总线通讯的方式,可编程逻辑控制器读取编码器的数值来计算滑块装模高度的当前值,从而控制滑块电机启停达到调节的位置。The automatic adjustment method for die height of slider in press has been introduced in the text. The multiple-turn absolute encoder has been adopted to check the die height in the above method. By use of bus communication, the encoder value read by PLC has been used to calculate the current value of slider die height. Therefore, the motor of the slider has been controlled to stop at the adjusted position.
