摘  要:为了制备流动性和稳定性更好的浆液,本文在实验优化泥浆流动性方案的基础上测定了泥浆恩氏粘度。用逐步回归的方法建立了恩氏粘度关于各因素的多元二次回归模型,并分析了主要因素以及各因素之间的交互作用对恩氏粘度的影响。用二元二次回归的方法预测出了泥浆粘度最小条件下所用电解质Na_2CO_3和Na_2SiO_3的比例为3.8475,Na_2CO_3和Na_2SiO_3的总量为0.6339。In order to obtain the slurry with better liquidity and stability of, the engler viscosity of the slurry is measured in this paper, based on the optimized experiment for the slurry liquidity. The method of the stepwise regression is used to establish the two regression model of engler? viscosity? with multiple factors. Meanwhile, the influence of main factor and the interaction among the factors on the engler viscosity is analyzed. The dualistic and quadric regression is applied to predict the ratio of 3. 8475 between electrolyte Na2SiO3 and Na2SiO3 when the slurry viscosity is reach to the minimum value, and the total weight of Na2SiO3 and Na2SiO3 is 0. 6339.
