摘 要:为了研究以高炉渣为主料的中间包覆盖剂熔化温度的变化规律,本文采用二次正交设计方法,测定覆盖剂的熔化温度,建立二次回归模型,分析Ca_2添加量及碱度对覆盖剂熔化温度的影响,并利用TG-DSC热分析方法和XRD图谱分析,探究覆盖剂在熔融过程中的质量、物相变化,进一步说明覆盖剂熔化温度的变化规律。最终以覆盖剂熔化温度为指标,当覆盖剂中CaF_22添加量为10%~15%,碱度为1.75~2.0时,得到最优配方为:高炉渣76%、石灰粉8.77%、萤石15.23%。In order to do the research on the melting temperature variation of tundish covering fluxes which the main material are blast furnace slag, the quadratic orthogonal design method were used in this paper. Establishing quadratic regression model to analysis the additive amount of CaF2 and the influence made by basicity to melting temperature of covering fluxes. For exploring the mineral phase and mass change of covering fluxes in the process of melting, the TG-DSC thermal analysis method was used, by the way the melting temperature variation of covering fluxes were further showed. Finally with the mehing temperature of covering fluxes as the index, when the additive amount of CaF2 reaches to 10%-15% and the hasicity reaches to 1.75-2.0 the optimal formula was gotten blast furnace slag,76% ,lime powder 8. 77% ,fluorite 15.23%.
