摘　　要：水溶液全循环法尿素装置一段系统改造为预分离-预蒸馏流程后,通过调整与优化工艺指标,吨尿汽耗进一步下降。The old pre‐distillation process is revamped into the pre‐separation ＆amp; pre‐distillation process at the medium pressure decomposition unit in total recycle urea plant . After adjusting and optimizing the process indicators , the steam consumption per ton urea is reduced further .
