摘 要:以硫酸铝为无机交联剂、淀粉为分散剂,制备出环保无毒、低成本的改性聚乙烯醇(PVA)商标胶;以耐冰水性能作为考核指标,采用单因素试验法优选出制备改性PVA商标胶的最佳工艺条件。研究结果表明:当w(PVA)=20%(相对于水质量而言)、m(硫酸铝)=4 g、m(淀粉)=8 g、反应温度为85℃和反应时间为3.0 h时,改性PVA商标胶的综合性能得到明显改善(其外观呈无色半透明黏稠液、黏度为85 Pa·s、凝固点为3℃、pH为6.8和保质期为240 d),并且其耐冰水性能良好(接触角由50.39°增至86.32°)。With aluminum sulfate as inorganic crosslinker, starch as dispersing agent, a modified PVA (polyvinyl alcohol) label adhesive with environmental protection non-toxic and low cost was prepared. With ice water resistance as evaluation index, the optimal process conditions of preparing modified PVA label adhesive were preferred by single-factor experiment. The research results showed that the combination property of modified PVA label adhesive was obviously improved (its appearance with colourless-translucent and sticky liquht, viscosity at 85 Pa's, freezing point at 3 ℃, pH at 6.8, and shelf life at 240 d) , and it had good ice water resistance (contact angle from 50.39° to 86.32° ) when mass fraction of PVA was 20% in water, aluminum sulfate and starch were 4 g and 8 g respectively, reaction temperature and reaction time were 85 ℃ and 3.0 h respectively.
