摘 要:以自制CO-459为乳化剂,制备了一种138型苯丙乳液;然后采用“高分子合金”的设计方法复配成水性封口胶。探讨了乳化剂类型及含量、单体、交联剂和反应温匿等对乳液聚合的影响,并对比了LDM7255(乙烯基醋酸盐和二丁基马来酸盐的共聚物)乳液、VINNAPAS@920(增强型)到.液和H-723(常温自交联共聚物)乳液对水性封口胶性能的影响。研究结果表明:当w(CO-459)=1.5%(相对于单体总质量而言)、反应温度为85~90℃、乳液的t(玻璃化转变温度)为-12℃、固含量为45%时,由3种基础乳液(LDM7255、VINNAPAS 920和H-723)制成的水性封口胶的性能均满足产品的使用要求,并且无明显差异。With self-made CO-459 as emulsifier, a 138 type styrene-acrylate emulsion was prepared. Then, a water-based sealing glue was compounded by "polymer alloy" design method. The influences of emulsifier types and contents, monomer, crosslinker and reaction temperature on emulsion polymerization were discussed. And the influences of LDM 7255 (vinyl acetate and dibutyl maleate copolymer) emulsion, VINNAPAS 920 (enhanced type) emulsion and H-723 (self-crosslinked copolymer at room temperature) emulsion on properties of water- based sealing glue were contrasted. The research results showed that the properties of water-based sealing glues, which were respectively made from three basis emulsions (such as LDM 7255 emulsion, VINNAPAS 920 emulsion and H-723 emulsion), could all meet application requirement of product, and there are no ob vious difference when , mass fraction of C0-459 was 1.5% in total monomers, reaction temperature was 85-90 ℃ Tg (glass- transition temperature) and solid content of emulsion were -12 ℃ and 45% respectively.
