摘  要:如何保证缸套一类大型薄壁圆筒工件(压缩机关键件缸套)的圆柱度,一直是工业加工领域的难点之一。虽然经过几代工艺设计人员的改进,所生产出成品的圆柱度仍存在较大问题。通过对一个时期内缸套加工工艺的分析以及对整个工装夹具的优劣性进行比较,设计出一套适用性更强的工装卡具。该夹具投入使用后薄壁工件难以保证圆柱度的问题得到了解决,同时降低了制造成本,解决生产缸套所需大量工装占用库存问题。How to ensure the cylindrical of large-type thin-walled Class I pieces of cylinder liner(liner of compressor key parts)has been one of the difficulties in the field of industrial processing. Although improved by several generations in process design, there still has a big problem in the cylindrical of the finished product. Based on analyzing the machining process of cylinder liner in a period and com- paring the advantages and disadvantages of the whole fixture,a tooling fixture with better applicability is designed.The problem of the cylindrical difficult to ensure in thin-walled pieces is solved after the application of the fixture.Meanwhile, the manufacturing cost is lowered and the problem of occupied inventory of large amount of fixtures required by producing cylinder liner is solved.
