摘　　要：针对火炬气回收装置螺杆压缩机频繁发生机组出口温度过高,导致连锁停车后无法再次启动的故障情况,拆检压缩机后发现其内部结垢,转子抱死,对此原因进行分析,解决了机组运行存在的结垢问题,从而提高了机组的运行效率,保障了机组高效、安全、稳定、经济运行。Aiming at a chain situation that can＇t be started after stopped due to the excessive temperature outlet the unit that frequently occurred in the flare gas recycle installation screw compressor,after overhauling the screw compressor,the fouling was found inside of the machine, and the rotor stocks.This paper has analyzed the reason and the fouling problem is solved, which has improved the operating efficiency, and guaranteed the high efficient,safe,stable and economic operation of unit.
