摘 要:少片变截面钢板弹簧能有效减轻汽车自身重量。在少片变截面钢板弹簧的设计中,传统的刚度和应力计算很少考虑到片间非线性接触问题。提出将灵敏度分析方法与有限元仿真相结合来实现少片变截面钢板弹簧的合理设计。首先通过灵敏度分析方法确定影响刚度或应力的关键尺寸或参数,其次考虑片间的实际接触状态进行有限元仿真分析,并根据分析结果提出少片变截面钢板弹簧设计的改进策略,以最终满足轻量化的同时提高少片变截面钢板弹簧的力学性能。Small piece taper leaf spring is helpful to reduce the weight of vehicle. In the traditional design of small piece taper leaf spring, the problem of nonlinear contact between leafs is seldom considered in the computation of stiffness and stress. Sensitivity analysis and finite elements simulation are combined to realize a comparatively reasonable design for small piece taper leaf spring. First, the key dimensions or parameters having great effect on stiffness and stress are determined by helps of sensitivity analysis. Second, finite element analysis is conducted in consideration of actual contact situation between leafs. According to the result of analysis, the improvement of design for small piece taper leaf spring is put forward to enhance its mechanical property: while the reouirement of lightweight is satisfied.
