摘 要:为实现对硬制造资源的高利用率、高敏捷性、高可用率,在现有的研究基础上,分析了硬制造资源的特点以及资源虚拟化的相关技术,提出了基于云制造的硬制造资源虚拟化封装框架,并对框架进行了详细描述。在此基础上,对资源的虚拟化封装过程进行了研究,并对资源描述和及匹配等关键问题详细阐述,云制造资源虚拟化能够实现更全面和更深入的硬资源共享;能够形成有高扩展性和灵活性的虚拟资源云池。最终以实现获得资源高利用率并实现节能降耗。To achieve high-utilization, high-agility, high-availability of hardware manufacturing resources, in the study of existing property description method of manufacturing resources and based on the model and package, the characteristics of the resources and related technologies about virtualization were ananlyzed, then a layered framework for resource virtualization in cloud manufacturing was proposed, which was detailly described. Based on the framework, for pointing out that cloud manufacturing resource virtualization could realize overall resource sharing, it obtained higher resource utilization rate and reduced energy consumption and several key issues such as resources aware, virtual accessing, deployment of cloud services, the process of resources virtual packaged, the description and matching of the resource were studied Finally, it obtained higher resource utilization rate and reduced energy consumption
