摘  要:胶带输送机启动过程的动态特性研究的目的是使启动加速度保持在设定的范围内,能够按照既定的要求逐步克服整个输送机系统的惯性而平稳地启动。对于大型胶带输送机,原有的静态设计已经不能预测、控制其运行特性,动态特性对大型输送机的影响越来越显著,成为影响大型输送机性能的关键问题。分析了四种拉紧力变化方式对胶带输送机动态特性的影响,结果表明,采用优化拉紧力变化方式时,胶带动张力的波动最小,拉紧装置的最大位移也较小,胶带输送机系统的动特性最优。Dynamic characteristics of belt conveyor start-up process research purpose is to keep the starting acceleration in the set range, being can according to the requirements of established gradually overcome the inertia of the entire conveyor system and smoothly start. For a large belt conveyor, the original static design has not predict and control the running characteristics, the influence of the dynamic characteristics of large belt conveyor is more and more significant, becoming the key problems affecting large conveyor performanoe. It analyzes the four kinds of influence of tensioning force changing way on the dynamic characteristics of belt conveyor, and the results show that when optimizing the tensioning force change way, the fluctuation of drive tension is the minimum, and the maximal displacement of tension device is smallest, and the dynamic characteristic of belt conveyor system is the optimal.
