摘 要:螺纹在机械行业中有着广泛的应用,螺纹的检测至关重要,提出了采用机器视觉的方法测量螺纹存在着牙形失真方法。通过牙形失真现象的成因分析,提出采用机器视觉方法进行螺纹测量产生牙廓虚影的原因。通过理论分析,给出了牙形失真后牙廓曲线分段情况和曲线方程,由此对梯形外螺纹采用机器视觉方法测量牙形尺寸时的牙形角和中径测量误差进行了分析和推演,并分别给出了误差计算式。通过理论计算和实验验证的方法,说明了所推演计算式的准确性,这对采用机器视觉方法实现螺纹精密测量是很有帮助作用的。Thread has been widely used in machinery industry and the measurement of thread is crucial, but machine vision used to measure the thread has tooth shape distortion By analyzing the causes of tooth shape distortion, it explains the causes leading to virtual shadow of the tooth profile which uses machine vision to measure. Through'the theoretical analysis, it gives the curve piecewise of the tooth profile and the curve equation. Thus it analyzes and deduces the error of the angle of thread and the pitch diameter when uses machine vision to measure the size of the tooth and gives the formula of the error respectively. Through the method of combining the theoretical calculation and the experimental verification, it verifies the accuracy of the calculation formula, which is helpful to achieve the precision measurement of thread adopted machine vision.
