摘　　要：文章以1995～2011年中国西部省域数据为样本,分别采用地理邻近和经济邻近加权法,运用能充分反映变量间空间效应的空间面板计量模型,围绕西部地区金融资产结构调整对产业结构升级的空间溢出效应问题展开深入研究,从而有效揭示金融资产结构调整影响产业结构升级的路径、大小和方向等问题。With the sample of provincial data in western China during 1995 ～2011,and the spatial panel econometric model that can reflect the spatial spillover effect between variables adequately based on geographical and economic proximity weighting,this paper discusses the spatial spillover effect of financial assets structure adjustment on industrial structure upgrade in-depth,reveals the path,size and direction that financial assets structure adjustment effects on the industrial structure upgrade more effectively.
