相对主义、“底线思维”与“三俗文化”

摘　　要：文章认为在抵制"三俗文化"的问题上,要运用辩证唯物主义和历史唯物主义的观点指导社会主义文化建设,反对相对主义抹杀优秀文化和不良文化界限的观点,树立"底线思维",确立科学底线、人民利益和需求底线、法律政治底线、生产力底线、道德底线、历史检验底线等六条评价标准。作者指出只有综合运用文化的评价标准,才能明辨是非,用优秀文化引领社会风尚,促进社会主义文化建设。Regarding the issue of resisting ' three vulgar cultures',the paper deems the key is to clarify the criteria for it. The author suggests that the viewpoints of dialectical materialism and historical materialism be adopted as the guidance of the construction of socialist culture,the opinion that relativism obliterates the boundary between positive culture and negative culture should be rejected,and that the bottom-line thinking should be shaped. We should develop six standards of bottom line as our evaluation standards,namely the bottom line of science,of people's interests and needs,of law and politics,of productivity,of morals and of historical trial. Only when the evaluation standards of culture are comprehensively utilized,can we distinguish between right and wrong,lead the social fashion with excellent culture,and enhance construction of socialist culture.
