摘　　要：目的评价一起旋毛虫病暴发事件的疾病负担,为制定当地旋毛虫病防治策略及措施提供卫生经济学依据。方法通过引入伤残调整生命年(DALY)体系,对云南省大理州凤仪镇云浪村52位旋毛虫感染者进行EQ-SD+C生命质量量表和相关医疗费用询问,计算失能权重(DW),并据此测算感染者的疾病负担。结果 EQ-5D+C生命质量量表评价显示旋毛虫感染者疼痛不适所占比例最高,达到51.92%(27/52),其次是认知记忆受限,为42.31%(22/52);总DW为0.097±0.154,DALY为3.901人年;本次旋毛虫病暴发总经济负担为45 364.69元,人均经济负担515.51元。结论旋毛虫病暴发引发的个人负担和经济负担都较高,因此旋毛虫病流行区的卫生决策部门在制定当地寄生虫病预防和干预措施时应高度关注旋毛虫病。Objective To evaluate the disease burden of a trichinellosis outbreak in Dali prefecture, Yunnan province, and to provide scientific evidence for making control and prevention programs and strategies towards trichinelliasis. Methods By introducing the system of Disability Adjusted Life Years （DALY）, Disability Weight （DW） and burden of diseases were calculated based on a total of 52 villagers infected with Trichinella spiralis in Yunlang village, Fengyi town, Dali. Quality of life scale of EQ - SD ＋ C and hospital expenses were both adopted for analyzing. Results Pain/discomfort took the highest proportion of 51.92% （27/52） a-mong the infected villagers, followed by limited cognition of 42. 31% （ 22/52 ）. The total DW was 0. 097 ＋ 0. 154, while DALY was 3.901 person years. The total economic burden of the outbreak was 45 364.69 yuan and the economic burden per capita was 515.51 yuan. Conelusion The economic and individual burden of outbreak of trichinellosis are both high for the outbreak, which deserves more attention to trichinellosis in making control and prevention programs on local para-sitic diseases.
