摘 要:目的了解与分析新型干法水泥生产企业职业病危害现状,明确主要职业病危害因素及关键控制点,为企业加强职业病防治提供参考与对策,也为安监部门开展水泥行业职业病危害专项治理及监督治理提供基础依据。方法采用国家现行有效标准检测方法,结合现场职业卫生学调查资料,对6家新型干法水泥生产企业生产过程中的粉尘、噪声、一氧化碳、二氧化氮、二氧化硫和高温进行定量分析。结果粉尘测定点超标率37.6%,接触粉尘作业岗位的8h时间加权平均浓度在3.5—201.4mg/m^3之间,检测岗位超标率20.0%~61.9%;噪声测定点超标率39.1%,接触噪声作业岗位的8h等效连续A声级超标率7.1%-46.7%,高温测定点超标率5.9%,一氧化碳、二氧化氮、二氧化硫的超标率均为0%。结论该类干法水泥生产企业主要的职业病危害因素是粉尘、噪声,其指标均有较多超标。应在职业病危害关键控制点采取除尘、降噪等卫生防护措施以保护作业人员的健康。Objective To investigate and analyze the present situation of occupational hazard of the new dry process cement production, determine the main occupation hazards and critical control points, and thus to provides reference and countermeasures for the enterprises to strengthen occupational disease prevention as well as for safety supervision departments to execute special governance and supervision. Methods With national in -operation detection method, 6 enterprises with new dry process cement production were quantitatively analyzed in terms of dust, noise, carbon monoxide, nitrogen dioxide, sulfur dioxide and high temperature. Results The dust exceeded the standard rate by 37.6% and the weighted average concentration of posts exposed to dust for 8 hours was between 3.5 -201.4 mg/m^3, exceeding the standard rate by 20% - 61.9%. The noise exceeded the standard rate by 39. 1%, and the exceeding rate of equivalent continuous sound level A at posts exposed to noise for 8 hours was 7. 1% -46.7%. The exceeding rate of high temperature was 5.9%. The exceeding rate of carbon monoxide, nitrogen dioxide and sulfur dioxide was all 0%. Conclusion The major occu- pational hazards of the new dry process cement production are dust and noise, which deserve key protection measures.
