摘  要:利用混菌法和稀释法,测定了地下渗滤系统基质中不同深度的微生物数量,并分析了微生物数量与污水净化效果的关系。结果表明,基质中不同空间位置微生物数量不同,除反硝化细菌其他细菌一般呈现从表层到底层逐渐递减的规律;细菌数量与COD去除率相关性显著,细菌和反硝化菌数量与TN去除率相关性显著,亚硝酸菌数量与NH3-N去除率相关性极显著,说明微生物的作用是去除它们的主要途径;微生物数量与TP去除率相关性不显著,说明微生物在TP去除的过程中作用不大。The number of mieroorganisms at different depth in subsurface wastewater infiltration systems (SWIS) was monitored by plate counting and MPN, and the correlation between number of microorganisms and wastewater purification effects were studied. The results indicate: The number of mierooiganisms in substrate in different spaces is different, except the denitrifying bacteria and other bacteria generally decreasing from the surface to the bottom. The number of bacteria and COD removal rate is significantly correlated, the number of bacteria and denitrifying bacteria is significant correlation with TN removal rate, and the number of nitrite bacteria is extremely significant correlation with NH4^+-N removal rate, indicating that the action of microorganism probably is the main way for their removal. The number of mieroorganism is not interrelated markedly to removal of TP, which showing that microorganism in the process of TP removal is very limited.
