间歇减压蒸馏净化饮用水效果研究

摘  要:利用间歇减压蒸发系统测试其对饮用水中常见污染物质的去除效果。蒸发系统控制真空泵开停时间分别为10 min,系统压力为-60 kPa,蒸发温度为78℃。结果表明,间歇减压蒸发过程对无机盐类有很好的去除效果,出水中的无机物含量均小于的GB5749-2006规定;间歇蒸发过程对有机物的去除效率也较高,但是有机物出水含量是否符合GB5749-2006要求仍需依据有机物的种类和性质而定。因此,为保证出水的饮用安全,建议对含有有机污染物的原水进行预处理或后续处理。The intermittent vacuum evaporation system was used to test removal effect for common pollutants in drinking water during distillation progress. The evaporation system was controlled by open vacuum pump for 10 min and stop it for 10 min, the system pressure is -60 kPa. During the distillation process, the evaporation temperature is 78 ℃. Experimental results show that the intermittent vacuum distillation process can remove inorganic ion successfully, inorganic ion content in distillate is less than the standard value. The process also can remove organic matter and removal efficiency is high, but whether the organic matter content meets drinking water standard in distillate still depends on the types and properties of organic compounds. Therefore, in order to ensure the safety of drinking, raw water containing organic pollutant source needs pre-treatment or subsequent treatment process.
