摘 要:研究好氧颗粒污泥的富集和驯化过程,并考察好氧污泥颗粒对生活污水中各种污染物的去除效果。实验采用实际生活污水,以普通絮状污泥为接种污泥,无水乙酸钠为底物,在常温条件下(23~25℃),通过逐渐提高进水COD(从200mg/L提高到400mg/L)和减少沉降时间(从30min减少到3min),在完全好氧运行的序批式反应器(SBR)中成功实现了好氧污泥颗粒化。结果表明,成熟的好氧颗粒污泥呈橙黄色、结构密实、表面光滑,近似球形或椭球形,粒径均匀,在1~2mm。好氧颗粒污泥对城市污水中COD和氨氮的去除效果较好,平均去除率分别达到90%以上和95%以上;对TN的去除效果一般,平均去除率在80%左右;磷的平均去除率仅为60%。经过驯化后,好氧颗粒污泥对磷的去除效果有所提高,平均去除率达到71.75%。好氧颗粒污泥对城市污水脱氮除磷的效果比较理想。This paper aims to study on the enrichment and domestication of aerobic granular sludge, and the removal effect of aerobic granular sludge treating each pollutant of life sewage was researched. The experiment uses real life sewage, with ordinary flocculent sludge as seed sludge, with sodium acetate anhydrous as carbon source, at room temperature (23~25 ℃), by increasing the COD load ofinfluent (from 200 mg/L to 400 mg/L) and reducing the sedimentation time simultaneously .(from 30 min to 3 min), successfully realized aerobic granular sludge in a completely aerobic SBR reactor. The experimental results show that mature aerobic granular Sludge was orange-yellow, compact structure, smooth surface, sphere or spheroidicity and uniform diameter of particles. The average grain diameter was between 1 mm and 2 ram. The treatraent effects of aerobic granular sludge for COD and ammonia nitrogen ofmunicipal sewage were better, and tbe average removal rate was up to more than 90% and more than 95% respectively. The treatment effect of total nitrogen was general, and the average removal rate was about 80%. The average removal rate of phosphorous was only 60%. To some extent, removal efficiency of aerobic granular sludge to phosphorus increased by domestication, and the average removal rate was up to 71.75%. The nitrogen and phosphorus removal effect of aerobic granular sludge to municipal sewage is ideal.
