印染废水深度处理回用工程的设计与应用

摘　　要：以印染污水处理厂处理后的外排水作为水源,采用臭氧-生物碳池、臭氧-生物碳池-双膜法处理工艺,生产不同品质的回用水,保证了回用水质及工程运行的安全可靠,降低了工程造价及运行成本。实际运行说明,该工艺用于印染行业的废水回收利用是合理、经济和安全的。Ozone-biological carbon pool, ozone-biological carbon pool-double membrane treatment process were used to treat discharge printing and dyeing sewage for producing different quality of reuse water. The reuse water quality and engineering safety operation were ensured, and the construction cost and operation cost were reduced. The actual operation shows that the process of wastewater recovery with dry printing and dyeing industry use is reasonable, economical and safe.
