摘 要:通过对凤丹进行组织分离、提取获得其各部分组织浸提液,添加至铜污染土壤中,进行盆栽试验,研究凤丹组织浸提液对铜污染土壤中吊兰生长及其对铜的富集特性的影响。结果表明,随着铜浓度的上升,吊兰的各项形态学指标都有所下降,损伤程度上升,吊兰体内的抗氧化物酶活性上升。凤丹组织浸提液处理对吊兰生长具有一定的抑制作用,其中,凤丹根皮浸提液的抑制作用最为显著,叶浸提液的作用的次之,茎浸提液的作用最小。凤丹叶浸提液处理在一定程度上促进吊兰对铜的富集作用,凤丹茎浸提液的作用不明显,而凤丹根皮浸提液对吊兰的富集作用有显著性抑制。The effects of aqueous extract of different tissues from P. ostii on the growth and the accumulation of heavy metals of C. comosum that planted on the soil polluted by different concentration of copper were studied. The results showed that, as the rising of the concentrations of copper, the morphological indexes of C. comosum had been decreased, the degree of damage of C. comosurn aggravated. The activities of antioxidant enzymes increased, The aqueous extract of P. ostii had definite inhibitory effect on the growth of C. comosum, of which, the aqueous extract of root bark had the maximum inhibitions, the aqueous extract of leaf took the second place, and the aqueous extract of stem had the least effect. Aqueous extract from different tissues of P. ostii also had diverse effects on the accumulation of copper, the aqueous extract of leaf promoted its concentration of copper, the aqueous extract of stem had no significant influence, but the aqueous extract of root bark could suppress its concentration of copper.
