摘　　要：我国当前的储蓄向投资转化是以直接转化机制为主 ,因此 ,我国今后的主要任务应当是培育资本市场、增强市场的融资功能 ,发挥其间接转化和市场调节的作用。Based on a metrological analysis on the mechanism of the conversion from deposit to investment, the essay holds that the present pattern of the conversion is mainly a direct one heavily bearing the characteristics of planning. Therefore, China should focus its effort on cultivating the capital market, reinforcing the financing function of the market and exercising the function of indirect conversion and market allocation.
