精神科护理人员心理健康状况和人格特征

摘　　要：目的了解精神科护理人员的心理健康水平和个性特征以及二者关系。方法对139名精神科护理人员实施症状自评量表(SCL-90)和卡特尔十六种人格因素量表(16PF)测试。结果①精神科护理人员SCL-90中除躯体化因子外,总分和其余各因子分显著低于全国常模水平(t=-8.297^-3.560,P<0.01);②男护士16PF中F(兴奋性)、因素Q3(自律性)的得分显著高于中国常模,因素L(怀疑性)、因素Q4(紧张性)的得分显著低于常模(t=-2.288,-2.295;P<0.05);③女护士因素A(乐群性)、因素C(稳定性)、因素F(兴奋性)、因素G(有恒性)、因素M(幻想性)、因素N(世故性)、因素Q3的得分显著高于常模(t=2.197~5.917,P<0.05),在因素L、因素O(忧虑性)、因素Q1(实验性)、因素Q2(独立性)、因素Q4的得分显著低于常模,(t=-9.277^-2.596,P<0.05);④护理人员16PF中L、O、Q4、X1(适应与焦虑型)因素与SCL-90总分及各因子分成显著正相关(r=0.358~0.517,P<0.01);C、E(恃强性)、F、H、Q3、X3(安详机警型)、Y1(心理健康因素)、Y2(专业而有成就者)因素与SCL-90总分及各因子分成显著负相关(r=-0.521^-0.248,P<0.05)。结论精神科护理人员的心理健康水平良好,共同人格特征为情绪稳定,对人对事热情而富有感情,有自信,易与人相处、知足常乐、随遇而安、保守、墨守成规、缺乏进取心等。护理人员的心理健康状况与其人格特征密切相关。Objective To understand the mental health status and personality characteristics of nursing staff in psycho department as well as their relationship.Methods A total of 139 psychiatric nursing staffs were evaluated with Symptom Checklist 90（SCL-90）and Cattell-16 personality factors （16PF）.Results ①SCL-90 total score and factors scores except somatization of psychiatric nursing staffs were significantly lower than the national norm （t=-8.297^-3.560;P〈0.01）.②The men nurses had significantly higher scores of F（liveliness）,Q3（perfectionism）and lower scores of L（vigilance）,Q4（tension）than the norm in 16-PF factors（t=-2.288,-2.295, P〈0.05）.③The scores of A（warmth）,C（emotional stability）,F（liveliness）,G（rule consciousness）,M（abstractness）,N（private-ness）,Q3 of females were significantly higher than the norm ,the scores of L,O（anxiety）,Q1（Openness to change）,Q2（Self -reli-ance）,Q4（tension）were significantly lower than the norm （t=2.197~5.917,P〈0.05~0.01）.④The factors of L,O,Q4,X1（adapta-bility and anxiety）in 16PF of staff were positively related to SCL -90 total score and factors scores（r=0.358~0.517,P〈0.01）;C,E （dominance）,F,H,Q3,X3（composed and alert）,Y1（mental health factors）,Y2（success in major）were negatively correlated with SCL-90 total score and factors scores（r=-0.521^-0.248,P〈0.05~0.01）.Conclusion The psychiatric nursing staffs have good men-tal health state.Their common personality characteristics are emotionally stable ,full of enthusiasm and rich feelings ,self-confident,easy to get along with,happiness lies in contentment ,to take what comes and be contented ,conservative get into a rut and lack of initiative . The mental health status of psychiatric nursing staff has a closely correlation with their personality characteristics .
