心理弹性在武警新兵应付方式与适应不良间的中介效应

摘　　要：目的探讨心理弹性对应付方式与适应不良间关系的影响。方法在新兵入伍第3周采用应付方式问卷(CSQ)、军人适应不良自评量表(MMQ)、心理弹性量表(CD-RISC)对广东省某部337名武警新兵进行调查。结果解决问题、求助与MMQ总分显著负相关(r=-0.628,-0.432;P<0.01),与CD-RISC总分显著正相关(r=0.594,0.346;P<0.01);自责、幻想、退避、合理化与MMQ总分显著正相关(r=0.581,0.461,0.477,0.331,P<0.01),与CD-RISC总分显著负相关(r=-0.380,-0.278,-0.341,-0.183;P<0.01),CD-RISC总分与MMQ总分显著负相关(r=-0.612,P<0.01)。CD-RISC总分在应付方式各因子与MMQ总分之间起部分中介作用(P<0.01)。结论应付方式可以通过心理弹性对武警新兵的适应不良起作用,也能直接影响适应不良。Objective To study the effect of psychological resilience on the relationship between coping styles and mental maladjust -ment.Methods 3 different questionnaires were used to investigate the coping styles ,mental maladjustment and psychological resilience of 337 armed police recruits of Guangdong province at the third week after they joined the army .Results Solving problem ,seeking help were negatively associated with mental maladjustment （r=-0.628,-0.432;P〈0.01）,other dimensions of coping styles were positively associated with mental maladjustment（r=0.581,0.461,0.477,0.331;P〈0.01）;Solving problem,seeking help were positively associ-ated with psychological resilience（r=0.594,0.346;P〈0.01）,other dimensions of coping styles were negatively associated with psycho-logical resilience（r=-0.380,-0.278,-0.341,-0.183;P〈0.01）;Psychological resilience was negatively associated with mental malad-justment（r=-0.612,P〈0.01）.Psychological resilience played the mediate effect between coping styles and mental maladjustment （P〈0.01）.Conclusion Coping styles can affect mental maladjustment directly and indirectly through psychological resilience .
