摘　　要：新橙皮苷不仅是一种重要的天然黄酮类化合物,而且还是合成新橙皮苷二氢查尔酮的重要原材料。当前制备工艺主要包括植物提取法,柚皮苷化学合成法和橙皮苷生物转化法。分析了制备新橙皮苷的方法的优缺点,综述了新橙皮苷在应用领域的研究进展,并对其发展趋势和应用前景作了展望。Neohesperidin was not only an important natural flavonoid, but also an important raw material for neohesperidin dihydrochalcone. Current preparation methods of it included mainly extraction from plants, chemical synthesis from naringin and biotransformation of hesperidin. The advantages and disadvantages of each methods, the research advances in application of neohesperidin and the developing trend as well as prospect for future application of neohesperidin were presented.
