摘  要:针对传统煤矿充填材料对粉煤灰的需求量较大、成本较高的问题,研究将西北地区广泛存在的黄土作为充填材料的可行性,通过试验得到煤矿新型充填材料的配比。试验采用黄土、粉煤灰为主料,水泥、石灰碱性材料为辅料,掺入适量的外加剂,根据粉煤灰的活性碱激发原理,利用正交原理进行五因素四水平试验,分析了试验各因素对试样主要指标的影响,得出了满足要求的试验配比方案。试验结果表明:将黄土作为原材料和粉煤灰共同作为煤矿充填材料是可行的,黄土粉煤灰料浆浓度宜为60%~65%;黄土粉煤灰质量比1∶1.5~1∶3;辅料占固料质量30%~33%,外添加剂占固料质量5%~7%,养护期为28d。The need of fly-ash is large and its cost is high as traditional stowing material. The feasibility of loose which exist extensively in Northwest area as stowing material was research. Proportion of new-style stowing material was obtained by 5-factor and 4-level orthogonal test in which taking loose,fly-ash as major ingredient,cement and limb as auxiliary ingredient,and adding some additive. The influence of every factors on main index was analyzed. Test results were showed as follows. It was feasible that taking loose as stowing. Rational loose fly-ash slurry concentration was 60%-65%,quality ratio of loose and fly-ash was 1 ∶ 1. 5-1 ∶ 3,auxiliary ingredient's quality ratio was 30%-33%,additive was 5%-7%,and conserving time was 28 days.
