摘　　要：介绍气相法聚乙烯装置的工艺特点,分析对气相法聚乙烯装置危害较大的分布板堵塞、反应器静电结片等问题,提出原料质量控制、气相反应器流化床控制、催化剂筛选、产品牌号切换技术等长周期运行优化思路,总结了优化措施实施效果。The paper introduced process characteristics of gas phase polyethylene plant , analyzed some problems damaging seriously the plant , such as distribution plate blockage and electrostatic sheet in the reactor .The following measures to optimize long period running of the plant were put forth , such as crude material quality control ,gas phase fluidized bed reactor control, catalyst selection, product band transition switch and etc , and the execution effects of the optimization measures were summarized.
