摘　　要：详细介绍了一种台式ATX电源的故障检测装置的结构、工作原理、设计与调试方法。对提高开关电源系统分析,波形观察、故障分析、故障解决能力有较好的指导和借鉴作用。Device structure, working principle, design and debugging methods of fault detection device based on ATX switching power supply are introduced in details. The good guides and references for improving system analysis, waveform observation, failure analysis, trouble shooting ability of switching power supply are presented.
