摘 要:区域自动气象站的数据上传率和及时率是衡量其探测水平和运行能力的关键要素之一。在保障区域自动气象站数据传输的过程中,业务人员发现很多无法正常工作的区域自动气象站在停止工作之前就已经出现过多次缺报的现象,但是由于站点多、数据量大,很难发现这些缺报信息,最终导致区域自动气象站彻底瘫痪。针对上述现状,根据实时监控区域自动气象站的数据传输情况,从缺报的角度全面分析判断区域自动气象站故障的原因,实现了对区域自动气象站数据传输监控的自动化和故障定位的智能化。采用Matlab语言开发软件,结合对福建省南平市在运行的149个区域自动气象站进行的测试,将结果与实地维护情况进行对比,验证了方案的可行性与优越性。The data upload rate and timeliness rate of regional automatic weather stations(AWS)is one of the key factors to weigh their level of detection and operation capacity.In the process of guaranteeing regional AWS’s data transmission,operators on duty find many missing reports before they completely stop working.However,it is difficult to notice the data missing due to the large amount of the stations and the data,and eventually leading to the paralysis of these stations.Aiming at the status mentioned above,this paper analyzes the cause of reports ’ missing and realizes the automatic monitoring of data transmission and the intelligent location of station faults by real-time monitoring of the data transmission.By using MATLAB development software,combined with the testing based on 149 regional AWSs operation in Nanping,Fujian province and comparing the simulation results with the actual operation situation,it is shown that the proposed scheme is feasible and superior.
