摘 要:以酒糟渣为原料,采用浓酸炭化法,KOH活化法制备了活性炭。考察了活化温度、活化时间、碱炭质量比以及酒糟渣/KOH质量比对活性炭的影响。采用SEM、BET、FT-IR、XRD对其物化性能进行了表征分析。结果表明:在活化温度为800℃、活化时间为3h、碱炭质量比为3∶1、酒糟渣/KOH质量比为4∶1时制备的活性炭性能最优。该酒糟渣活性炭吸附孔容为0.882 48cm3/g,DFT比表面积为3 654.9m2/g,碘吸附值为2 216.3mg/g,亚甲基蓝吸附值为389.40mL/g。Distiller's grains were used to prepare activated carbon by concentrated acid charring method, u- sing KOH as activating agent. The effects of activation temperature, activation time, KOH/C ratios and distiller's grains /KOH ratios of the prepared activated carbon were investigated. The physicochemical properties of AC were characterized by SEM, BET, FT-IR and XRD methods. Results show that the Optimal conditions obtained are activation temperature 800℃ ,activation time 3 hour, KOH/C ratios 3 : 1, and distiller's grains /KOH ratios 4 : 1. The activated carbon developed possessed a high adsorption pore vol- ume 0. 882 48 cm3/g and large apparent surface area 3 654.9 m2/g. The iodine and methylene blue adsorp tion values of the activated carbon were 2 216.3 mg/g and 389.40 mL/g, respectively.
