银杏叶片治疗血瘀型正常高值血压：临床疗效的开放型单向质反应序贯试验

摘　　要：目的观察银杏叶片治疗血瘀型正常高值血压的临床疗效。方法选择2011年9月-2013年9月在天津市红桥医院就诊的伴有头晕、头痛症状的正常高值血压（收缩压120～139mmHg/舒张压80—89mmHg）患者，采用开放型单向质反应序贯试验设计，在改善生活方式的基础上，治疗组和对照组分别给予银杏叶片或银杏叶片模拟剂，连续治疗两周，观察治疗前后血压恢复及中医证候积分改善情况，依据试验结果绘制序贯试验图。结果在血压恢复情况的观察中，治疗组第8例触及上界，对照组第6例触及下界；治疗前两组收缩压和舒张压比较，差异均无统计学意义（P〉0．05）；治疗后两组收缩压和舒张压比较，差异均有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。在中医证候积分改善情况的观察中，治疗组第10例触及上界，对照组第3例触及下界；治疗前两组中医证候积分比较，差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05）；治疗后两组中医证候积分比较，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论银杏叶片能够降低正常高值血压患者血压，改善中医证候，治疗效果显著，值得临床推广。Objective To observe the clinical effect of the ginkgo leaf tablets treatment for high level normal blood pressure of blood stasis type. Methods Patients with high level normal blood pressure visiting Tianjin Red Bridge Hospital from September 2011 to September 2013 with dizziness and headache （ 120 - 139 mm Hg SBP / 80 - 89 mm Hg DBP） were recruited in the study of opened type unidirectional qualitive reaction in sequential trials. On the basis of lifestyle improvement, the treat- ment group and control group were administered respectively ginkgo leaf and ginkgo leaf simulation agent for two weeks. At the same time our researchers observed the blood pressure recovery and TCM symptoms before and after treatment and drew the se- quential trials graph. Results About the blood pressure recovery, the eighth case in treatment group reached the upper bound and the sixth case hit a lower bound. There were no significant differences of SBP and DBP between the treatment group and con- trol group before treatment （ P 〉 0. 05 ）, but after treatment they became significant （ P 〈 0.05 ） ; In the improvement of TCM symptoms, the tenth case in the treatment group reached the upper bound, the third case hit a lower bound. Before treatment the difference of TCM symptoms between the two groups was not significant （ P 〉 0. 05 ） but it became significant after that （ P 〈 0. 05） . Conclusion Ginkgo leaf tablets can reduce blood pressure in high level normal patients and improve TCM symp- toms. The treatment effect is significant and is worthy of clinical promotion.
