基于AFLP的垂乳银杏种质遗传多样性分析

摘　　要：采用AFLP分子标记技术对14份垂乳银杏种质资源进行遗传多样性和亲缘关系分析。结果表明，8对引物在14份垂乳银杏种质扩增后检测出935条谱带，有920条多态带，多态带比例为98.40％，表明所试垂乳银杏材料具有丰富的多样性；遗传相似系数为0.4404～0.7299，平均值为0.4752，说明各种质之间有一定的遗传分化；聚类分析和主坐标分析将垂乳银杏分成5类，来源相同的种质并没有严格的聚在一起，表明垂乳银杏的变异与地理来源无严格的相关性。The genetic diversity and relationship of 14 Ginkgo biloba chichi clones were tested by AFLP.8 primer combinations selected from 64 primer combinations produce a total of 935 bands,of which 920 bands were polymorphic,and accounted for 98.40%.It suggested that Ginkgo biloba chichi has a rich genetic diversity.The molecular genetic similarity coefficients ranged from 0.440 4 to 0.729 9,and that the average being 0.475 2,indi-cating that genetic variation occurs among them.All of Ginkgo biloba chichi were clustered into 5 groups according to UPGMA cluster and principal coordinate analysis,but the clones from the same origin didn′t distribute in the same group totally.The result indicated that there′s no strict correlation between geographical and genetic diversity.
