摘　　要：大学生理想信念教育是我国高校思想政治教育工作的重要内容之一。随着信息的全球化,多元文化给大学生提供了开放的视野,提高了大学生的文化境界,丰富了大学生的思维方式;但同时多元文化使大学生的价值取向冲突加剧,使大学生的行为方式趋向多元化,也使大学生的心理受到巨大的冲击。大学生理想信念教育应注重创新教育内容、教育手段,营造良好的育人环境,大力开展有价值的丰富多彩的社会实践活动。The education of university students ＇ dreams and beliefs is an important part of the ideological and political education in our country. With the globalization of information, the multiculturalism has been providing an horizon for university students, improving their cultural realm and enriching their thinking styles. Meanwhile, it has intensified the conflicts between their values, which will lead to the duality of their behaviors as well as the great impact on their psychology. When we conduct such education should, we should pay much attention to innovative teaching content and means, construct the good educational environment, and organize the valuable and rich social practical activities.
