白芍中重金属含量的测定

摘　　要：采用石墨炉原子吸收光度法测定白芍中铅、镉的含量,采用原子荧光法测定白芍中砷、汞的含量,采用电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱法测定白芍中铜的含量。结果表明为白芍的重金属含量有差异,重金属含量与药材年限无直接关系。研究成果为白芍的质量评价及其发展提供了实验数据。Graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrophotometer is applied to determine the contents of lead and cadmium, atomic fluorescence spectrometry to the contents of arsenic and mercury and inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometry to the content of copper. The results show that the contents of the five heavy metals are different and not related to the age of the paeoniae radix alba. The research can offer some supports for the quality evaluation and development of paeoniae radix alba.
