摘　　要：首先建立了微构件的热注射近净成型的数学模型,讨论了参数变量的控制。通过数据分析找到了参数的最佳控制范围,达到微构件的热注射近净成型过程中效率高、损失小的实验目标。First the mathematical model for the micro component injection molding is established, and how to control the parameters are discussed. Through data analysis, the optimal control range of the parameters is obtained to meet the goal of high efficiency and low loss in the molding process of micro component injection.
