405例2型糖尿病患者肥胖情况调查分析

摘　　要：目的:了解2型糖尿病患者肥胖状况,旨在为2型糖尿病的诊断、治疗提供进一步的临床依据。方法:405例2型糖尿病患者依据年龄划分为不同性别的青壮年组、中年组和老年组。测量患者身高、体重、腰围、臀围,计算腰臀围比值和体重指数,根据患者体重指数评估肥胖情况。结果:青壮年和中年女性2型糖尿病患者肥胖情况较男性突出,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。青年组和老年组患者男性WHR大于女性,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);青年组患者男性BMI小于女性,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。中年男性BMI小于女性,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:2型糖尿病患者肥胖情况较为严重,女性患者更为明显,应合理控制饮食,科学锻炼。Objective：To investigate obesity of type 2 diabetes mellitus patients, so as to provide a theoretical basis for diagno-sis and treatment. Methods：A total of 405 cases with type 2 diabetes mellitus were divided into young group, middle aged group and elderly group by the age in different gender. Their height, weight, waist circumference and hip circumference were measured to calcu-late waist hip ratio （WHR） and body mass index（BMI, and then to assess their obesity situation by BMI. Results： The obesity of young and middle aged women patients was more serious than that of men patients, and there were statistically significant differences （P〈0. 05）. The WHR of young and elderly men were greater than that of women, and there was a statistically significant difference （P〈0. 05）. The BMI of young men were less than young women, there were statistically significant differences（P〈0. 05）. The BMI of middle aged men was less than that of women, and there was the statistically significant difference （P〈0. 05）. Conclusions： Obesity of type 2 diabetes mellitus patients is serious, the situation of women is more obvious; therefore, they should control diet reasonably and scientifically exercise.
